Privacy Policy
Short version: we don't collect your timesheet data, because it never leaves your device.
What we store
Timesheet entries, employee names, and calculator settings are saved in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device, are never transmitted to us, and are removed when you clear your browser data for this site.
What we don't have
No accounts, no sign-up forms, no server-side database. We cannot see your hours, pay rates, or exports.
Analytics & advertising
If enabled, we may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics 4) to count page views, and an advertising partner (such as Google AdSense) may set cookies to show ads. Advertising cookies are governed by the partner's policy; you can review Google's practices at policies.google.com.
Share links
Some calculators can encode your entries into the page address (URL) so you can bookmark or send a pre-filled link. If you use that feature, anyone you send the link to can read the encoded values — send them only to people who should see them.
